Terms of Service | Mix Roast

1. Service Description

Mix Roast is an audio analysis service provided by M Street Music. We offer:

Free Roast (Free): Instant mix health score, roast lines, and quick fixes
Pro Report (€19.99): Comprehensive instant analysis with detailed frequency, dynamics, and stereo assessment
Mix Fix (€99.99): Professional mix revision by a human engineer with 24-hour turnaround

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

Submit only audio content you have the rights to share
Provide accurate contact information
Not use the service for any illegal purposes
Not attempt to reverse-engineer our analysis systems

3. Delivery Timeline

Free Roast & Pro Report: Results are delivered instantly (typically 10-30 seconds).

Mix Fix: Delivered within 24 hours. Submissions received on weekends will be delivered by Monday evening CET.

4. Payment Terms

For paid services:

Payment is processed securely via Stripe
All prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes
Service is delivered after payment confirmation

5. Refund Policy

Pro Report: Due to the instant delivery nature, refunds are not available once the analysis has been generated. If you experience technical issues preventing delivery, contact us for assistance.

Mix Fix: If you are unsatisfied with the result, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We offer one revision included in the price. Further refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the audio files you submit. We do not claim any ownership of your music. We only use your files to provide the requested service.

Our Analysis: The analysis reports and feedback we provide are for your personal use in improving your mixes.

7. Mix Fix Revisions

The Mix Fix tier includes one revision. To request a revision, reply to your delivery email within 14 days of receipt with specific feedback about what you would like adjusted.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mix Roast provides analysis and recommendations based on automated systems and professional judgment. Results are advisory in nature. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on our analysis or any consequential damages.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

9. File Retention

Free Roast & Pro Report: Files are processed and deleted immediately.

Mix Fix: Files are stored for 30 days after delivery to allow for revisions, then permanently deleted.

10. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under EU consumer law, you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. However, by using our instant digital services (Free Roast, Pro Report), you acknowledge and agree that:

The service begins immediately upon your request
You waive your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been delivered

For Mix Fix, you may cancel before work begins on your submission. Once an engineer has started working on your mix, the withdrawal right no longer applies.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Croatia. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
